N.E.R.D’s Hypnotize You is on my running playlist — oh yes. It almost sounds a bit like Prince. It has a very pulse your chest kinda beat — the part where it goes, “Touch a girl, touch a girl, touch a girl….ahhhhh.” I like that it’s a little bit dark, a little bit alluring, and hot. Oh, randomly I secretly adore that Pharrell Williams wears preppy polo shirts.

I don’t yet have children, so I can only imagine what it will be like when I am begging my child to go to sleep. I do, however, appreciate the children’s book for adults by Adam Mansbach called Go The F*ck To Sleep. I love the audiobook narrated by Samuel L. Jackson — hilarious and brilliant! (Listen HERE). 

I also like German director Werner Herzog’s narration of the same book…different style and equally as brilliant (Listen HERE).

Alright now I’m off to go the f*ck to sleep. Night!
