1) PLAYLIST FOR WORKING OUT | THE DEAD WEATHER
This song…hot damn, there are moments when a girl just wants to rock out and kick some butt….while working out (or house-cleaning). I may look sweet, but there are some head-banging moments that creep up in here from time to time.
Right now, this is my go-to song for these moments. I mean, come now, Alison Mosshart singing, “Come on, look me in the eye. You wanna try to tell a lie? Bet you can’t. You know why? I’m just like your mother.” So, so hot. Jack White’s rebuttal goes nowhere. *Oh snap*

My second favorite go-to song for these moments? P.O.D’s “Boom.” Hot damn. So much fun.

Come to think of it, this is a total hockey song (except the part of about “here comes the boys from the south”). You know what I mean? All that banging into the boards going on? *BOOM*

PLAYLIST FOR RUNNING | WORKING OUT
I don’t really work-out, per se. Meaning I don’t hit the gym, unless the weather is terrible and then I’ll go to my building’s gym and run on the treadmill. While I do run, take long “epic” walks, hike, and practice Moksha hot yoga, I didn’t really work-out properly to tone and strengthen with weight-training.
I realized that I really should tone up with weights and equipment. I should be kinder to my muscles, which is why I’m using Adidas’ Mi Coach app (“Mi” is not a typo!). I’m using the Women’s Training Plan, which lays out a work-out plan that includes running and weight-training. It shows little videos on what to do, how many reps/sets, and my coach reminds me to do it already, dammit!
